Since 1993, Crocodiles in Innsbruck has been synonymous with authentic Italian cuisine. Our story began with Christof Weiler, who founded the pizzeria with the aim of offering pizza of the highest standard – baked in a traditional wood-fired oven, using original recipes and the finest ingredients. Today, Crocodiles is run by the Malchev family with just as much passion.

Two locations –
double the passion for Italy
In 2024, we expanded our offering: in addition to the well-known Pizzeria Crocodiles, we now also have Pastaria Crocodiles – our second culinary home in the heart of Innsbruck. While the pizzeria serves over 50 wood-fired pizzas – including creative monthly specials and vegan options – Pastaria focuses on homemade pasta and 16 special electric oven pizzas. Every pasta dish is freshly prepared, cooked with love and combined with sophisticated sauces. Whether classic, modern or seasonal – we have something for every taste.

Our guests love the changing theme weeks with limited edition special pizzas such as ‘Viva la France’, ‘Greek Weeks’, ‘Bella Italia’ or our ‘Best of’ highlights. These special creations are only available once a year – so it's worth stopping by in time! Sweet classics such as creamy tiramisu, delicate profiteroles or the popular Italian torrone ice cream provide the perfect finish. Enjoyment in every bite – that is our promise.
